How to place an order.
On the left of the screen in every page you will find all the main categories in pink, you can click these for an explanation of the different products within that category. Alternatively, if you already know what you are looking for you can either browse the sub categories or enter the name of the product in our advanced search facility at the top of every page. When you have found the product you would like to order simply add it to the basket or click more info for a detailed description, larger picture and a recommended products guide to go with the item.

When you click add to basket your item will be shown in your shopping basket on the top right of the screen. The total cost of items in the basket will be calculated automatically. Remember that all Pillow Talk prices include VAT and all UK orders over £30.00 will be delivered free.

When you have finished shopping, click the Checkout link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process. All orders are processed through our secure Protx server.

Order by Post
You can also order by post if you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order. Please send a list of the items or product codes you would like to order or a print-out of the basket screen, along with your name, address (including post code) and telephone number in case there is a problem with your order.

If you'd rather not place your order online, you can order over the telephone.
Before you call, make a list of all the product codes you would like to order. You only need to read out these codes when ordering over the telephone so nobody will be aware of the nature of your purchase.

Alternatively, you can add items to the basket in the usual way and then call our Freephone order line. On the basket page, the product number is shown in brackets after the product name.

The Pillow Talk web site only shows items that are in stock. If an item will take longer than 1 or 2 days to deliver then the estimated delivery time is shown in the product information.
