A:In order to purchase from this website you must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community and are not offended by any adult merchandise. By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from all liability which may arise from using this website.

B:All products sold through this website are sold as 'novelty goods'. The vendor Pillow Talk cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use of any of these products.

C:Until the goods supplied by pillowtalksextoys.co.uk are paid for in full they remain the property of the vendor Pillow Talk.

D:A secure checkout through Protx (the secure server recommended by our bankers Lloyds TSB) is provided for the protection of sensitive customer information such as all personal and credit card details.

E:For your discretion all credit and debit cards will be charged in the name of A.G.E.

F:All products that we supply come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a full refund (P&P costs are non refundable) or an exchange for an alternative product.

G:Used products cannot be returned. If they are unused, they must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that they were originally sent in. Clothing may be tried for size but must be returned in the original packaging and condition they were sent in. The only exception is lingerie which is non refundable and non exchangeable. All products must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

H:Any returned items that we believe have been used or if any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without prior notice. Products that we have supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

I:If returning an item should take your order value below the free offer level for postage and packing we then reserve the right to charge you the relevant p&p for that order. Also, reshipping charges apply when a package is returned to us by Royal Mail having been unclaimed. Any package returned to us as 'refused' will be subject to a £5 administration charge. Please refer to our DELIVERY PAGE for our full range of delivery charges.

J:Pillow Talk cannot be held responsible for orders that have been delayed due to incorrect address information being supplied by the buyer when ordering.

K:Any delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Pillow Talk within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a warranty (faulty goods can only be exchanged not refunded once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).

L:Material on this website must not be copied, republished, reproduced, downloaded, posted, downloaded, transmitted or broadcast in any way. All material is the copyright property of Pillow Talk.

M:Use of this website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use this website.

N:All models seen on this site are over the age of eighteen.

O:We will respond to all customer emails within 24 hours. However, most emails will be answered within 1 hour.

P:All prices shown on this website are in GBP Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
